The source register
Every source behind the book
Every work behind the book and its reference library, deduplicated: 2,315 in all, listed by author surname with the chapter and note that cite each one and a link to the paper where one exists.
How to read the register
Entries are given as the book's own notes give them: authors, year, title and journal, with the DOI where the work has one. A note that is an explanation rather than a citation is printed as the book prints it.
Under each entry, "In the book" gives the chapter of the book as now sold, and the note number, where the work is cited; "In the reference library" gives the reference topic that cites it. Follow either to see what is done with it.
The register runs to 24 pages of 100 entries. The graded recommendations and the corrections rest on these.
