At Precision Pine we do our best to assure that each customer is satisfied. We think we’re good at it. Over the past fourteen years our record speaks for itself. Our experience and technical knowledge are available to each customer during planning and installation. Conditions:
In making this offer, we need some co-operation from our customers. Please be sure that all the information on the order form and the final layout is accurate. (We will guide you through this.) Clearly inform us if the spiral stair will have to meet building codes. Upon receipt of the kit assure that all packages are carefully inspected for damage.1

Wood is a perishable product. All parts should be unwrapped as soon as practicable after receipt, handled properly and kept cool, dry and out of the sun until installation. Do not store on concrete. Even if there is an air gap between the parts and the concrete the wood can pick up moisture from the concrete.

Customers often choose to pre-finish (stain and/or varnish) the wood parts before assembly. In deciding to pre-finish be aware that Precision Pine cannot take back finished parts.2 Neither can we accept parts that have been damaged after receipt.

Precision Pine expects customers to make a bona-fide attempt to install the spiral. We ask that you follow the instructions we provide with the kit and call us if you have any questions.3

Our warranty’s 30-day limit has been set because sometimes kits are delivered and due to construction delays, work on the spiral does not begin until months afterwards. We are not able to guarantee that we can assure your satisfaction when the kit has been out of our hands for extended periods.4

In the event you are not pleased by our product or service simply call for us to authorize the return. We will ask that the parts be wrapped as they were when they left our factory. Precision Pine will arrange for pick-up and will pay the return shipping costs. And as long as you have done what we asked of you, we will issue your check for repayment.

This guarantee and its conditions also apply to Precision Pine’s straight stair kits.

1. Be sure whoever takes delivery is aware of this requirement. Any damage must be noted in writing on all copies of the delivery receipt.

2. If you pre-finish be careful not to apply finish to the portions of wood where parts will be glued together during installation (consult the installation manual). Glue will not adhere properly to finished wood.

3. Our technical support is available from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We try to answer every call with a person, but sometimes all our phones are in use. Please leave a message. If we miss your call we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

4. When scheduling the shipment date of a kit, Precision Pine assumes that date will be close to the time when you will need the spiral stairs. Final manufacturing of the kit is done during the week before the shipping date. This is to save valuable factory floor space. We can postpone manufacturing if we have at least two weeks notice. We are happy to postpone manufacturing for as long as it takes for you to be ready. Once a kit is manufactured and the customer delays shipping, a storage charge of $25 per week will be added to the final payment.
