A $500.00 deposit is required to place an order. Deposits can be made by credit card (call 865-573-5322, or toll free 877-885-8902) or by personal check mailed to: Precision Pine, Inc., 7322 Hodges Ferry Road, Knoxville, TN 37920. We work closely with each customer to develop a detailed description and layout of the order. Normal shipping times are within four to six weeks of receiving the deposit but when possible we have accommodated faster turn-arounds. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express may be used for deposits and final payment. Final Payment: The final payment is the balance of the total price plus packing and shipping, minus the deposit. Final payment is due about one week before shipping and may be paid by credit card, certified check, or money order. C.O.D. is available upon request.
