Stairs taller than 9'-6" (114"): for each additional tread in pine required add $240. Each additional tread adds up to 9-1/2" to stair height. Example: heights from over 114" up to 123-1/2" require one additional tread, add $240 to the above prices; heights of over 123-1/2" up to 132", add two treads, $480; over 132" up to 141-1/2", add three treads, $720. For additional oak treads add $290 each.
